An example of what an FBX file does in Blender - the import process is seamless, and, once you've deleted any unanimated frames, the animation is perfect. My next step was to try importing the FBX file into Poser, but the version of Poser I'm using - version 10 - doesn't import FBX files. Apparently, DAZ Studio does, so it might be time to finally make the jump away from the old tried and tested Poser and embrace the competition.
