I created this character in Blender a while ago, but decided this week to have a go at texturing and rendering him since I'm on a bit of a Blender-roll right now. The preview looks fine, aside from the bits of arm poking through his sleeves, but the render makes him look like a photographed model rather than a toon character, similar to how my cat and armadillo characters turned out looking.


So the next stage in my Blender journey will be learning how to render properly, which is going to be a steep, steep learning curve X(
