Arnold and Mog, both modelled, textured and mostly rigged. I still have a long way to go with creating characters in Blender, but am happy with the way these two have turned out as they're pretty accurate to their drawn versions.
Taking a character from 2d to 3d throws up some interesting challenges. Arnold's arms don't terminate at the wrists when I draw him, so much as just blend with the hands, which proved to cause difficulties when rigging his arms and hands.
