George Lucas is to blame for this. I used to think teddy bears were cute, good-natured creatures whose worst vice was a penchant for robbing beehives, but Return of the Jedi, with its forest full of vicious, spear-waving little monsters, changed all that. Now, every time I try to draw a teddy bear, it always ends up with a sword or an axe in hand and an aggressive posture.
