Here are some more of the images I produced for Dorling Kindersley during my tenure with them as a visualising artist. I was called upon to contribute to some really random pictures at times; the ones shown here were (if memory serves) meant to represent: the number of hours each animal sleeps, the fastest and slowest runners in the animal kingdom, and heaps of food consumed by the population of a city every year. (These things are always a lot more frightening when represented in such an on-the-nose visual way.)
