Emperor

Back to the Micronauts again. This is another of the "magno" figures, meaning that all I had to do was take the Force Commander character and replace his head and colour scheme. Well, that and add a sword and a cape. I particularly like the way his face has turned out, as the original figure had glow-in-the-dark eyes and mouth, and Blender's "emission" property in the materials window allows you to replicate that reasonably faithfully.

Glow-in-the-dark figures were the best. As a kid I had a couple of dinosaurs and a Chewbacca knock-off figure which were all cast in glowing plastic, meaning they were the only toys I could play with under the duvet when I was supposed to be sleeping.
